Full Planning and Coordination
Ideal for those who would like someone else to take care of everything for them:
- All administration relating to booking your wedding
- 24/7 communication required in the run up to your wedding

Part Planning and On-the-Day Coordination
Ideal for those who would like the majority of control themselves, but require help on the lead up to and on the day coordination:
- Communication up to 6 weeks before the wedding (if we are booking extras/suppliers for you, we will take care of those as/when required)
- Finalising extras/suppliers booked and creating timeline for the day
- Checking your legal paperwork before your arrival in Cyprus
- Coordinator and transport to the Town Hall to obtain your Marriage Licence and/or pay any fees owed
- Coordinator and transport to the Venue to pay any fees owed
- Coordinator to attend your wedding (if booking a reception or items from our brochure, we will ensure these are set up in line with your order of the day)
Elopement or Micro Wedding/Blessing Planning
For whatever reason, some people choose to run away from the headache of a wedding or blessing and just want something small and simple, either just the two of them or a select few family/friends. Usually this is ceremony only and most couples choose to have something simple afterwards (meal in a restaurant, boat trip etc). If you require help with just the ceremony and legal documents and don’t want the big reception after we can of course do all this for you as well. Even acting as your witnesses if you need them.
Suppliers and Decorations
If you choose to plan the wedding/blessing yourself but need some extra help with decorations or suppliers, we can offer a service that includes this. We will book the relevant suppliers for you and ensure they are delivered or arrive on time. If you choose decorations through us we will attend the ceremony/reception and ensure it is set up prior to your arrival.
Legal Paperwork and Marriage Licence (weddings only)
Since Brexit, the paperwork required for a marriage here can be quite confusing and daunting. We take all this stress from you and offer a service for just that! We will confirm with you the documents required and send examples. Once they are complete and you have sent us a scan/photo we will check them and ensure they are correct. On your arrival in Cyprus, we collect you from your accommodation and escort you to your town hall appointment for your marriage licence and/or pay any fees owed. The day after the wedding, we take your marriage certificate/s to get apostille stamped (which is now a requirement for the certificate to be recognised as a legal document in the UK) and deliver back to your accommodation.
Venue Show Round
If you are visiting Cyprus and would like to view some venues before you make any final decisions/put a deposit down, we would love to pick you up from your accommodation and take you to your preferred venues and explain about each one and how they will work on the day. We can give our honest opinion and advise based on past experiences and try and help you choose a venue that is right for you!
